Integrate

Part 2 of Expansive Empowered Living

Part Two of Empowered Expansive Living focuses on the alchemy of integration. It moves from alignment to integration, allowing your most empowered, expansive life to settle deeply within you and affect your body, mind, and subconscious. This module explores the quantum field, quantum mechanics, and the subconscious mind’s role in shaping experiences.

Integration isn't about force; it's about allowing alignment to land in your awareness and body. It’s the process of welcoming all parts of yourself, weaving your light into the fabric of your life.

The invocation encourages you to embrace the dance of becoming, where your divinity and humanity merge. Integration is about letting light settle in your being, not about achieving something, but about continuously embodying who you already are.

1. The Teaching

Module Two of Empowered Expansive Living focuses on integration, blending spiritual truth with everyday life. Building on Module One's alignment and intentions, this module emphasizes becoming the person who is already living those intentions through stillness, allowing, and receiving. This video introduces quantum coherence, where all parts of the self vibrate in harmony. It explores how beliefs—often rooted in past experiences and subconscious programming—shape our reality. By bringing subconscious patterns to light, we can rewrite them and open ourselves to new possibilities. The module also addresses the shadow self, encouraging us to recognize hidden aspects of ourselves as a path to deeper growth and transformation. Core practices include:

  • Journaling to uncover insights.
  • Activating imagination for integration.
  • Practicing the "Shimmering Pause" for mindful awareness.
  • Exploring the "Voice of the Shadow" with curiosity.
A bonus practice with a video demonstration is also provided.

The key message is to embrace unapologetic authenticity, question beliefs, and lean into your truth while continuing to integrate intentions for an empowered, expansive life.

2. Own Work: Journaling Prompts

The reflective exercises offered within the video below are designed to uncover insights beyond conscious awareness by fostering openness, curiosity, and innocence.  You are guided to explore the difference between a truth that has “landed” and one that is still “hovering.” Where they might be resisting wholeness or their fullest potential. What parts of themselves are ready to be held with acceptance rather than “healed,” recognizing that they are not broken. The process encourages free writing, self-reflection, and revisiting the prompts for deeper understanding.

✨Journal your thoughts on the following questions:

  • What does it feel like when a truth is still hovering vs. when it has landed?
  • When are you still resisting wholeness? Your biggest, boldest, most brilliant becomingness?
  • What part of you is ready to be held ... not healed?

3. Activating Imagination

Activating Imagination is a guided process designed to help you access and envision possibilities beyond your current imagination by connecting with your higher self and soul essence.

Preparation:

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space
  • Relax your body and ground yourself.
  • Invoke curiosity and innocence to shift from ordinary thinking into the infinite realm of possibilities.

The Journey:

Visualize crossing into a field of potential, where you step into a shimmering golden circle representing the furthest reach of your imagination. Within this space, explore your most empowered, expansive life and notice how it looks and feels.

The Gift:

Select one symbol, feeling, or image that represents the experience and place it in your heart as a personal gift. Acknowledge that you can return to this space anytime.

Completion:
Return to the present moment with gratitude and journal your insights, focusing on the gift and any other reflections from the journey.

4. Shimmering

Shimmering is a simple yet powerful daily practice you can do at least three times a day. It involves pausing, breathing, and asking reflective questions about which parts of yourself are integrating or becoming more aware. By naming these parts, you deepen their integration and connection within yourself.

DIRECTIONS (Three times a day):

  • Step 1: Pause.
  • Step 2: Take a breath.
  • Step 3: Ask yourself, "What part of me is integrating right now?"

5. Voice of the Shadow

The  “Voice of the Shadow” practice focuses on acknowledging and giving voice to the parts of yourself that resist integration. By journaling and asking, “Why are you scared to integrate?”, you allow hidden feelings like guilt, shame, or defensiveness to express themselves without judgment. Through openness, curiosity, and acceptance, this exercise helps you uncover insights about your shadow self, creating space for deeper self-awareness and integration.

Journal Process:

When you feel, when you notice, or when it is revealed to you through any of the other practices that there is a part of you that is resisting integration (for example: guilt, shame, blame, defensiveness, or judgment), come to your journal and ask that part of you:

"Dear one [and allow it to speak] here's why am I scared to integrate?"

6. Bonus #1 - Merge with a Tree

This bonus practice invites you to connect with a tree to experience natural integration and grounding. Ideally, do this exercise with a physical tree in nature, but you can also visualize it during meditation.

Steps:

  1. Sit with a tree and observe its roots, trunk, and branches as symbols of effortless integration.
  2. Imagine yourself as the tree—your body as the trunk, your roots grounding deeply into the earth, and your branches representing your gifts and expression in the world.
  3. Notice the feeling of wholeness and integration within yourself.
  4. As an optional step, if you're near a tree, silently ask it to "reach out and touch you," and notice any sensations, awareness shifts, or emotional responses.

This exercise helps cultivate connection, grounding, and embodied integration.

6. Bonus #2 - Touching a Tree

If you're standing close to a tree, commune with it and ask it to reach out and touch you.

We've included a short video of me doing this. The first time Aliza tried it, she heard someone talk about it, and she thought, "I'm going to try it." She found it to be quite magical, and we hope you do too.

Ask the tree, from your soul essence, to reach out, touch you, and embrace you.

Notice what happens to both the tree and you. Observe your awareness and your reaction to this connection.
