I'm Pami Parker, Author & Life Transitions Companion

I didn't arrive at this work from a textbook. I arrived at it through loss, reinvention, grief, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again - more than once. 

My own path has been anything but linear. Marine biologist, Soldier, Minister, Counselor, Coach, Founder, and Author. Each life chapter asked me to let go of who I'd been and figure out, often without a map, who I was becoming next. Some of those beginnings I chose. Others were chosen for me.

What I learned, the hard way, across all of it: transition isn't something you simply survive until it's over. It's something you can actually learn to move through - with more clarity, more steadiness, and far less isolation than I had in my own hardest seasons.

That's exactly why this quiz exists. I built it so you don't have to figure out where you are the way I so often did - alone, mid-storm, sorting it out in hindsight. In two minutes, you'll have language for something that took me years and several reinventions to understand about myself.
