Whatever has drawn you here - something in you is ready to answer the calling.
And whether it feels like a quiet pull, a deepening sense of purpose, or a knowing that you were made to walk beside other women through change - you deserve a path that honors both who you are and who you are becoming.
You have always been someone others turn to.
You are ready to deepen that gift with skill, integrity, and care.
You don't have to step into this work alone.
You might be here because ...
You have sensed for some time now. Something in you has been calling you here.
You may alreadyย be the person others turn to.
The one who listens carefully.
The one who notices what is unspoken.
The one who stays steady in tender moments.
Or perhaps you are standing at your own threshold - reevaluating how you want to serve in this next chapter of your life.
Maybe you are asking: How do I support women without fixing, rushing, or taking over?
Maybe you want to help - but not in the way that exhaust or overwhelms.
Maybe you are ready to turn your lived experience into meaningful contribution.
Whatever brought you here - you are not simply looking for another course or credential.
You are looking for a path.
What is a Life Transition Companion?
A trained guide who walks alongside you during times of change โย offering presence, reflection, and grounded support.
01.
She stays with you.
A Companion does not rush toward answers or solutions. She creates space for what is unfolding - and trusts the process.ย
02.
She helps you hear yourself.
Through gentle inquiry and deep listening, she reflects back what you are noticing - so your own clarity can emerge naturally.
03.
She walks alongside you.ย
Not ahead. Not behind. Beside you - as you move forward with clarity, self-trust, and intention.
This is not coaching. It is not counseling or mentoring.
It is something distinct - and something you may have been looking for without knowing it had a name.
About Your Companion
ย
I didn't come to this work through a textbook.
I came through loss, reinvention, grief, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again โ more than once.
My path has been anything but linear โ marine biologist, soldier, minister, counselor, coach, founder โ each chapter teaching me something essential about what women need when life asks them to change.
I have gathered both the lived experience and the professional training to walk alongside women in some of their most tender and demanding moments.
And at this stage of my life, living in the Netherlands and holding my granddaughters in my heart โ I know exactly why this work matters.
Women deserve a space where they are truly heard.
This is mine to offer.
