Whatever this moment holds - something in your life is changing.

And whether it feels like loss, uncertainty, or quiet longing — you deserve someone fully present with you in it.

I'm Ready to Be Heard >

Something is shifting.

You are carrying more than anyone knows.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

You might be here because ...

Every life transition carries something to grieve. Not just the obvious losses - but the quiet ones too.

The role that no longer fits.
The life that made sense... until it didn't.
The version of yourself you left behind.
The future you thought you would have.

Maybe you can't quite name it yet.
Maybe you've been trying to figure it out alone.
Maybe you're tired of being told what to do next.

Whatever brought you here —
You don't have to figure it out alone.

What is a Life Transition Companion?

A trained guide who walks alongside you during times of change — offering presence, reflection, and grounded support.

01.

She stays with you.

A Companion does not rush toward answers or solutions. She creates space for what is unfolding - and trusts the process.

02.

She helps you hear yourself.

Through gentle inquiry and deep listening, she reflects back what you are noticing - so your own clarity can emerge naturally.

03.

She walks alongside you.

Not ahead. Not behind. Beside you - as you move forward with clarity, self-trust, and intention.

This is not coaching. It is not counseling or mentoring.

It is something distinct - and something you may have been looking for without knowing it had a name.

About Your Companion

I didn't come to this work through a textbook.

I came through loss, reinvention, grief, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again — more than once.

My path has been anything but linear — marine biologist, soldier, minister, counselor, coach, founder — each chapter teaching me something essential about what women need when life asks them to change.

I have gathered both the lived experience and the professional training to walk alongside women in some of their most tender and demanding moments.

And at this stage of my life, living in the Netherlands and holding my granddaughters in my heart — I know exactly why this work matters.

Women deserve a space where they are truly heard.
This is mine to offer.

Frequently Asked Questions ...

What makes this different from coaching or therapy?

A Life Transition Companion does not direct your path or diagnose your experience. She simply walks alongside you — helping you slow down, hear yourself, and move forward in your own time.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you are navigating a life transition and looking for a space to slow down, be truly heard, and find your own way through — this may be exactly what you need. The best way to find out is simply to reach out.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are offered online, so you can connect from wherever you are in the world.

And hey, if you are visiting or living in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), we can also meet in-person!

You don't have to have it figured out to reach out.

In fact, that's exactly the right time.

If something on this page has made you feel seen —
if something in you has quietly said "yes" —
I invite you to be in touch.

There is no obligation. No pressure. No agenda.

Just a conversation.
And I am here for it.
